I Might Believe They’re Serious about Human-Induced Climate Change When…

…. when I see this coming to every American city and town south of the Mason Dixon Line. Until then, it’s just a convenient crisis for advancing a political agenda. Even then, I’d like to see the data. The real data — not showing that the climate changes, but that our behavior causes it to change, and that the change is bad. I already believe it changes, because the Bible says so. Read Genesis chapters 6-8. Big change there.

  1. White roads? Hmmm. I like it, but wonder how much more difficult it would be. There would have to be new materials developed. I wonder what effect it would have on driving at night? I’d think it would be a good thing in terms of safety, as snow in the winter makes driving at night much easier. But the idea of white roofs sounds good, and good and cheap.

  2. But such ideas are subversive. No need for federal programs such as Al Gore is preaching to Congess. Can’t have it. Won’t work. Why, the very idea!
